  • Handling customer complaints
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Reviewing customer policies
  • Meet with the customer outdoor to provide service (If Necessary)
  • Answering customer questions

Requirement:

  • Must have a Transport
  • SPM or above
  • Team Player
  • Self-discipline
  • Willing to learn
  • Can speak English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
