About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at City-Link Express (M) Sdn Bhd in Labuan. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their enquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

What you'll be doing

1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries, complaints and requests
2. Providing accurate information and solutions to customers regarding products, services and policies
3. Logging and tracking customer issues and ensuring timely resolution
4. Maintaining detailed records and documentation of customer interactions
5. Identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service delivery
6. Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
