About Our Role

The Telecommunications Agent position plays a pivotal part in ensuring seamless guest interactions within the hotel environment.

• We are seeking an individual who can efficiently operate our PBX system, handling incoming and outgoing calls with accuracy and professionalism. This includes:

1. Responding promptly to inquiries, providing information about services, facilities, and local attractions;
2. Transferring calls smoothly while maintaining confidentiality;
3. Recording and delivering messages in a timely manner;
4. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of technical issues affecting the PBX system; coordinating departments for efficient resolution;
Providing excellent customer service while adhering to health, safety, and hygiene policies.
