Position Summary

The Customer Service & Logistics Specialist reports directly to the Corporate Supply Chain Manager and plays a key role in managing relationships with customers and partners. The role is responsible for overseeing the receipt and processing of orders and forecasts, ensuring their accurate execution from both organizational and logistical perspectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain orders received from domestic customers in the system, transmit them to external warehouse, monitor delivery punctuality, and issue related invoices on a daily basis.
• Communicate critical supply issues to customers.
• Manage and monitor orders received from international partners, ensuring the ERP system is consistently updated; transfer orders to Production Planning team and confirm feasibility to partners in terms of delivery timelines.
