The Opportunity
This position works out of our Mississauga location in the Rapid Diagnostics Division and requires on‑site presence four days per week, with the option to work remotely one day.
As the Customer Service & Logistics Specialist, you’ll be responsible for leading end‑to‑end Order Management and Distribution, ensuring a seamless Order‑to‑Delivery process and delivering a high‑quality customer experience. This role oversees outsourced customer service and 3PL operations, including warehouse and distribution activities, ensuring service‑level adherence, cost efficiency, operation excellence and compliance with internal and external regulations.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the full Order Management cycle, including order processing, returns, blocked order release, and delivery tracking.
