We are seeking a highly professional and customer-focused Customer Service (Receptionist) to join our team at MKS WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC' in Makati City Metro Manila. This full-time role is integral to providing exceptional reception and administrative support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and welcoming visitors in a friendly and professional manner
2. Answering and managing incoming phone calls, directing callers to the appropriate person or department
3. Providing administrative support, such as sorting and distributing mail and parcels
4. Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
5. Assisting with other administrative duties as required
