About this Position
We are searching for a talented CustomerService and logistics Team Lead to ensure our company's sales operations
delivery in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective. You will assist in Malaysia
& Singapore Markets, in which the duties cover order management and as well
as logistics operations.
To succeed in this role, you should be
professional and knowledgeable
in order management and logistics management, possess logical thought and with excellent communication skills. The
successful candidate should also have an in-depth knowledge of advanced SAP SD
& MM module.
What you´ll do
- Lead end-to-end customer service, order management, and logistics operations.
- Ensure accurate, on-time, in-full (OTIF) deliveries and adherence to SLAs.
- Manage daily order flow, backlogs, customer escalations, vendors, 3PLs, and transport partners.
