In this position, you will be fully working remote in Malaysia. This role involves providing customer service across multiple platforms, supporting the sales team with customer follow-ups and basic communication, and assisting with operational tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Communication

• Handle customer inquiries across multiple platforms (website, social media, instant messaging tools), primarily in English, with support in Chinese and Malay.
• Provide product information, order support, and after-sales assistance.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to improve customer satisfaction and repeat purchase rates.

Sales Support

• Assist the sales team in following up with potential customers.
