Job Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Communication
- Handle customer inquiries across multiple platforms (website, social media, instant messaging tools), primarily in English, with support in Chinese and Malay.
- Provide product information, order support, and after-sales assistance.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to improve customer satisfaction and repeat purchase rates.
Sales Support
- Assist the sales team in following up with potential customers.
