Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and coordinate the daily work of the customer service team, provide guidance, training, optimize processes, establish evaluation criteria, and improve customer service efficiency and quality. Provide clear solutions for complex problems.
  2. Collaborate with the customer service quality control team, conduct knowledge training, handle complaints, and complete other important tasks.
  3. Maintain good communication with relevant departments, ensure smooth business implementation.
  4. Assist department leaders in making decisions, executing specific plans, achieving team goals.
  5. Help employees develop career plans, increase employee satisfaction, guide the creation of a positive work atmosphere, and cultivate team cohesion.
  6. Complete other tasks assigned by director.
