Customer Service Manager

itsGLO Cleaning is a Toronto-based cleaning company specializing in residential and office cleanings. Our goal is to give clients a spotless, stress-free home while building a reliable and motivated cleaning team.

What you'll do:

• Answer client calls about bookings, quotes, questions, and complaints.
• Follow up with clients after cleanings
• Contact potential clients
• Schedule and manage cleaning appointments
• Support our cleaning team
• Help with hiring (occasionally)
• Support cleaners with job-related requests and coordination

What We Need:

• Full time availability
• Excellent English communication
• Strong organizational skills
• Comfort with phone calls
• Problem-solving abilities
• Customer service experience is a plus
