  • Lead the Customer Service Department on daily operational matters.
  • Lead & assist front counter walk in inquiries & registration.
  • Lead & assist online and phone in registrations.
  • Any other administrative duties within the customer service department.

Job Requirements

  • At least Degree & above.
  • At least 10 years of customer service or front line service work experience.
  • Microsoft NAV NAVISION work experience is an added advantage.
  • 5 days work week including weekends (2 weekdays off).
  • Work Location will be located at one of the locations: Hillview Terrace, Tuas, Macpherson or Woodlands.
