The Opportunity

Our Group Schemes division hosts a team of Customer Service Brokers who support our customers and distributors with branded service delivery.

The Customer Service Manager is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the delivery of an outstanding operating model of client services within the Insurance sector. You will be across coaching and mentoring of a high performing and committed team while delivering process improvement initiatives as well.
