Job Scope

• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledgeable/Performs the end-to-end process of freight forwarding.
• With Transport background, coordination, EDO-Electronic Delivery Order, registration and job updates.
• Monitor trucks, and drivers and set their schedules.
• Coordination with warehouse/co-loaders, transport, and carriers.
• Monitoring transport movement to ensure shipment is delivered prior to cut-off.
• Sending Arrival Notices and Notifications to customers
• Arranging transport / cartage
• Maintain safe and clean working area by complying with company policies and procedures
• Order registration in CargoWise One is an advantage

Qualifications

• Graduate of Customs Administration or related course
• More than 5 years experience in the industry (logistics, freight forwarding)
• Solid work exposure in the end to end activities of order processing
