Job Responsibilities

Provide accurate information about our background check services, processes, and results.

Process background check requests and ensure all necessary documentation is collected and verified.

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with our services.

Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback and suggestions to the team.
