Vacancy: CUSTOMER SERVICE / CALL CENTRE

Area: Nelspruit, Mpumalanga

Requirements:

• Assist customers telephonically

• Assist and resolve client queries

• Follow up on complaints 

• Capturing vouchers

• Month end stats for manager

• Purchase orders 

• Follow up on invoices

• Assist clients with service requests`

• Assist with route planning 

• Bookings for accommodations for technicians

• Assist clients with service requests

• Orders and month end forecasting

• Sourcing quotations

• Assisting depot managers if needed

• Telesales - New policy sign up queries and sign ups

Starting Salary:

• R 8,000-R 10,000 per month
