Job Description
- Je fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt voor distributeurs in jouw regio (BeNeLux, UK en Duitsland).
- Je beheert het volledige order‑to‑cash proces, van orderverwerking tot facturatie en aftersales.
- Je stelt efficiënte vrachtwagen‑ en containerladingen samen in overleg met logistiek.
- Je ondersteunt Account Managers bij hun dagelijkse commerciële activiteiten.
- Je coördineert vlot met interne afdelingen zoals logistiek, productie, marketing en sales.
- Je werkt nauw samen met supply chain om forecasts op te volgen en productiepieken te beperken.
- Je vertaalt de commerciële strategie naar de klant via upselling, cross‑selling en promotionele acties.
- Je verzamelt en structureert klantinformatie in het CRM‑systeem.
- Je hebt ruime ervaring in Customer Service of Sales Support; ervaring in een productieomgeving is een plus.
