Query Resolution: Assist donors with technical and administrative questions regarding payments, donations, and 80G tax-exemption certificates. Engagement & Follow-up: Utilize WhatsApp and phone calls to follow up with interested supporters and keep them engaged. Impact Storytelling: Share real-life impact stories and campaign updates to provide transparency and build trust. Reporting: Maintain accurate donor records and detailed communication logs. Team Coordination: Work closely with the internal team to coordinate campaign outreach activities.
