Customer Service Office Staff

Duties

• Communicates with customers through various channel including phone, email, and social media or any equivalent channel.
• Work order management
• Sales and upselling
• Record keeping
• Set up appointments or clients for their service needs, coordinate arrival of parts orders and clients.
• Coordinate with service and parts on billing/invoicing/accounts receivable of customers or other accounting related needs of requesting department.

Qualifications

• BS Graduate
• Basic knowledge in automotive sales.
• With related experience in customer service industry is an advantage
• With strong verbal and written communication & interpersonal skills
• Good appearance and demeanor
• Team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
• Willing to be assigned in Hino Bacoor - Service Department
