Customer Service Officer

Public Sector People is recruiting for a Customer Service Officer on behalf of a Local Government organisation. This role is a temporary contract position commencing in March 2026.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced customer service or contact centre professional to support the delivery of frontline services to the community across multiple service centres.

About the role:
This position will focus on providing high-quality customer service as the first point of contact, assisting with enquiries, service requests, and administrative support across a range of council services.
