• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or
• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Type: Long-term, stable position

Job Responsibilities

• Manage customer registration, queue issuance, and appointment support.
• Verify and process customer documents.
• Assist with form completion and data entry.
• Support end-of-day transaction submission and reconciliation.
• Provide assistance with SingPass services and online sales portal usage.
• Handle general enquiries and provide frontline customer support.
