Job Description

Working Hours: 5 days a week (Rostered Shifts - No graveyard shifts) 
Location: Labrador Park / Alexandra Road 
Responsibilities: 
Customer service (Experienced in handling of insurance/banking enquires **non-sales**) 
Handle inbound call enquiries 
Ad-hoc duties 
Requirements: 
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Degree in any field. 
No experience required 
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service, Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent
