Customer Service Officer
to join
our dynamic CS team in the trading industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible
for handling client inquiries and resolving issues through online chat and email
support, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience. This role operates
on a shift basis and requires individuals who can work well under pressure and
demonstrate a strong understanding of trading platforms and financial services.
Requirements:
