Customer Service Officer - Contact Centre

The Opportunity 
  
As a Customer Service Officer, working within our contact centre in the Brisbane CBD, you’ll be the first person our clients speak with on their journey to seek justice from the adversity they’ve experienced.
  
You'll work across a rotating roster between the hours of 7am and 7pm on a permanent basis, working Monday to Friday. In addition, this role is offered as a hybrid position, working a mixture of both in the Brisbane CBD office, and from home.
     
With empathy, adaptability and initiative, you will be a true champion of our group members by:   

• Responding to a high volume of inbound calls and other communications, such as emails, social media messages and website enquiries.
