Job Description

What you will enjoy doing
  • In this position, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of customer orders and related administrative processes, including order entry in SAP, invoicing, delivery documentation, and the handling of delivery notes
  • Also, you will support logistics operations by coordinating delivery routes, including distribution, working closely with drivers and partners to ensure accurate planning and execution
  • Moreover, you will maintain customer accounts, monitor outstanding balances, support collections, and manage complaints through investigation and issuance of credit notes
  • Additionally, you will handle procurement processes, using a purchase order system, register new products with National Organization for Medicines (EOF), National Organization for Health Care Services (EOPYY) and National Evaluation Center of Quality & Technology in Health (EKAPTY), and oversee healthcare administrative tasks such as new patient registrations...
