Qualifications

• Possess a minimum of Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certification.
• Demonstrate proficiency in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
• Exhibit strong customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and clear communication, to address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Display excellent communication skills to convey information accurately and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrate problem-solving abilities to identify, analyze, and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
• Willingness to develop in-depth product knowledge of Yu Home appliances to provide accurate information and support to customers.
• Ability to handle conflict situations with professionalism and diplomacy, aiming for mutually satisfactory resolutions.
