Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities

1. Order Management: Receive customer PO, conduct PO review, input customer PO into Epicor System as per Sales Order processing Procedure. Maintain sales orders in the system according to latest committed.
2. Delivery Planning and Arrangements: Work closely with internal team to ensure the timely delivery of service and the accurate processing of shipments as per committed schedules as per Delivery Planning Control Processing Procedure.
3. Customer Satisfaction Survey: Yearly customer satisfaction survey and follow up before due date as per Customer Satisfaction Survey Procedure.
4. Handle inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries through various channels, providing accurate information and resolving issues e,iciently.
5. Record Keeping: Maintain details of customer interactions and transactions to ensure transparency and accountability. Proper filling for all customer purchase orders and forecast/EDI demand into customer s...
