• $38 + super per hour

Are you an experienced Customer Service or Administration professional looking for an immediate temporary opportunity with full-time hours and a supportive team environment?

We are currently seeking Temporary Customer Service Officers to join a busy project team based onsite in the Lake Macquarie area for an initial 8-week assignment, (with the potential for an extension to 12 weeks), commencing on the 8th of July 2026.

These roles will support a high-volume inbound communication campaign and are ideally suited to candidates who thrive in structured environments, can manage competing priorities, and remain calm and professional when handling sensitive conversations.
