Customer Service Officer (Logistics)

Working location: Tuas (company transport provided at Chua Chu Kang)
Working hours: Mon to Fri 830am-530pm
Salary: Up to $3200

Key Responsibilities

• Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Prepare and manage Letters of Credit (L/C) and related trade documents
• Coordinate closely with warehouse personnel on stock availability and deliveries
• Liaise with freight forwarders to arrange local and overseas shipments
• Track orders and shipments, providing updates to internal teams and customers
• Ensure all documentation complies with shipping and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• 1–3 years’ experience in order processing, logistics, or customer service (trading/ manufacturing environment preferred)
• Familiar with L/C and basic shipping documentation
• Meticulous, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
