Customer Service Officer

Duties

• Encodes information (Customer database, etc.)
• Ensure all additional jobs are properly billed/charged.
• Effectively bills and prepares service invoices for finished units.
• Customer relations
• Work order management
• Scheduling and coordination
• Sales and upselling
• Record keeping

Qualifications

• Associates/Bachelor's degree
• All fresh graduates are welcome
• Basic knowledge in automotive sales.
• With strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service.
• Good appearance and demeanor.
• Team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
• Willing to be assigned in Hino Bacoor Service Department
