Purpose of Position:
To supporting the delivery of ISO 13485 and other Medical Device certification services to BSI clients by collaborate with internal stakeholders and Global Technical Team. To support clients for their smooth certificate process.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
To Manage/Support medical device regulation’s audit planning and maintain its certificates:Processing of applications (in SAP)Drafting and issuing certificatesSuspending/cancelling certificatesInvoicingManaging and processing internal workflows
To support process improvement projects
To action reports issued by Delivery team, Commercial team and Finance team
Support other teams’ client service co-ordinators as required
Support local Medical Device scheme in Asia Pacific countries
To maintain local government requirement as required
