You’ll be the first point of contact for members, helping them navigate their accounts, understand their options, and feel confident about their financial future.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to emails with warmth and professionalism.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up and add value to member experiences.
  • Dive into Click to Chat and help us grow this exciting service channel.
  • Resolve queries efficiently and anticipate member needs for first-call resolution.
