Customer Service Officer

The Customer Service Officer is responsible for generating walk-in patients, promoting clinic services and ongoing promos, and assisting with customer inquiries. This role plays a key part in increasing clinic visibility and patient engagement inside the mall premises.

Each clinic branch will have one designated associate assigned exclusively to that location.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively engage mall walk-ins and encourage them to avail of the clinic's promos and services
• Promote chiropractic services in a professional and approachable manner
• Answer inquiries via phone and in-person (customer service support)
• Assist in explaining treatment packages and current promotions
• Support clinic marketing campaigns and in-mall activations
• Coordinate with the Marketing Team for updates and reporting
• Ensure marketing collaterals are properly displayed and updated
