Who Are We Looking For?
College graduate
Minimum of 5 years airline experience, preferably in airport handling operations
Knowledge of Altea CM, Integrated Passenger Handling, and basic Reservation and Ticketing is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Oracle
Customer-focused with strong analytical and organizational skills
Knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and operational standards
Ability to speak a foreign language is an advantage
