Who Are We Looking For?

• College graduate
• Minimum of 5 years airline experience , preferably in airport handling operations
• Knowledge of Altea CM , Integrated Passenger Handling, and basic Reservation and Ticketing is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Oracle
• Customer-focused with strong analytical and organizational skills
• Knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and operational standards
• Ability to speak a foreign language is an advantage
