Job Description

Key Responsibilities
In charge of bin in process
In charge of export process
In charge of closing work orders and invoicing customer
Maintain SOP/Work Instruction for customer service process
Track and trace inventory movement
Data processing and reporting related to operation decision
Monitor Export process and make arrangement for warehouse export overtime for shipment when needed
Answer any customer query
Coordinate with inter-department for KPI
Coordinate with Transport department for containers trucking for export activities.
