About the Role:

• Professionally manage incoming and outgoing calls by providing accurate and consistent information
• Ability to communicate clearly and manage customers' feedback
• Organized and able to multi-task in fast paced environment
• Maintain good service delivery
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

About the Work Week:

• Work up to a maximum of 35 hours per week
• Comfortable to work on Saturday and PH

About You:

• Minimum O Level, or Nitec cert in any discipline or equivalent
• Able to commit minimum 3 months
