Customer Service Officer

The Coordinator is responsible for managing and processing daily inbound and outbound data from customers. The role oversees receiving, storage, and distribution activities while monitoring the accuracy of inventory records. The incumbent ensures all processes are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies and procedures.

This role also involves maintaining strong working relationships with external stakeholders (customers, freight forwarders, carriers, and subcontractors) and internal teams (Operations, Finance, etc.) to ensure seamless import and export operations.

Working Location: Clementi
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30AM - 6:00PM

• Provide customer service support via phone and email, responding to enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Prepare shipping documents and complete import/export documentation in accordance with established SOPs.
