Responsibilities

• Attend to customer requests via phone, email, and other channels.
• Provide information on product availability and pricing.
• Coordinate with the sales team and production for build‑to‑order items.
• Manage export orders, including coordination with the warehouse and ensuring last‑mile delivery to customers.
• Support office administrative tasks such as filing of invoices and updating pricing in system.
• Enter orders and update records using SAP and other relevant information systems.
