We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to support BASF’s Coatings Business.
This role offers hands-on experience within a globally recognised organisation, supporting order processing, customer enquiries and logistics coordination.
Engaged by Chandler Macleod, one of Australia’s largest employers of casual workers, you will receive structured support and ongoing care throughout your assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage elements of the Order to Cash process
• Confirm orders and resolve customer enquiries
• Liaise with corporate customers regarding logistics and supply chain matters
• Maintain accurate customer records in SAP
• Support process improvement and reporting activities
