Job Duties & Responsibilities
Managing the 24-hour Customer Service Hotline Administration

CCTV Surveillance and Audio Communication Support

Monitoring, coordinating and liasing with internal departments

Management Reporting
Requirements
Min. Secondary

Must be computer literate

Willing to work on shift duties, Sundays/PH

Rotating off days
