Oversee customer service initiatives in the OMNI operations while ensuring tasks are completed proficiently. Collaborate with the team to enhance the shopping experience for customers.

As the OMNI Operations Lead, you'll work closely with the management team to improve service delivery and manage daily operations. Your key responsibilities include greeting customers, coordinating task priorities, and ensuring the area is well-presented.
