Our client , a leader in its industry, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist / Systems Integration and Technical Support to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client onboarding, delivering product training, and providing post-sale technical support for new products and service offerings. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring customers achieve success with the company's solutions by providing exceptional service, resolving technical issues efficiently, and fostering positive B2B client relationships.
