Customer Service & Operations Executive (Air Freight)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To assist the Customer Service Supervisor in the daily operational tasks

• To promptly handle Customer’s & Overseas enquiries on Air Export Booking / Air Import arrangements

• Liaise with Airlines / Co-loaders for space booking

• Liaise with transporters on cargo collections / deliveries

• To service assigned customers as 1 contact window for both import/export

• To liaise with overseas agents on the various requirements and rates

• To ensure compliance with customer’s Standard Operating Procedures

• To complete job invoicing and permit declarations for Air Import / Export jobs

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/ Degree preferred

• Minimum 3 years' experience in freight forwarding with air freight and/or with master co-loader knowledge
