Customer Service

Role and Responsibilities:

• Processes orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Consolidates sales data to generate needed reports
• Coordinates with the Sales Team to be able to provide needed support and help resolve customer complaints.
• Assist the CSR or Clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Prepares daily sales order and updates of dispatch status for warehouses.
• Prepares weekly computation of sales, customers claims and Sales invoice, Delivery Receipts and credit memo issued to customers.
• Prepares proforma invoice for all direct ship customers and warehouses.
• Prepares monthly sales performance report.
• Maintains and keeps records of all orders and deliveries.
