About the role

As a Customer Service Officer for EXCEL FREIGHT MANAGEMENT SDN BHD, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the freight forwarding and shipping industry. This full-time position is based in our Pasir Gudang, Johor office.

1. Handling customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels
2. Monitoring and coordinating the status of shipments and logistics operations
3. Assisting clients with documentation and paperwork related to freight forwarding and shipping
4. Identifying and resolving any customer issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
5. Maintaining accurate records and data related to customer accounts and transactions
