Job Summary
The Customer Care Patient Coordinator is responsible for ensuring positive and seamless experience for patients by managing patient communications, appointments, and care coordination. This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing their concerns, and working closely with the practice management team to ensure that patients receive timely and effective care.
