Complaint Handling
· Document complaints properly
· Provide solutions aligned with company policy
· Follow up with customers when necessary
· Turn negative experiences into positive resolutions
Sales Support
· Upsell promotions, events, or special offers
· Inform customers about ongoing promos
· Support reservation and booking conversion
