Customer Experience (CX) Specialist / Customer Service Representative

The CX Specialist is the main point of contact for guest inquiries via phone, email, social media, and online platforms. This role supports reservations, food orders, and guest concerns to ensure excellent service for Victoria Court, Kape Hotel, and Victoria Bites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and route incoming calls
• Assist with reservations and online bookings
• Handle food and delivery orders
• Respond to guest inquiries across digital channels
• Resolve complaints and escalate issues when needed
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions

Qualifications:

• College graduate or at least 2 years in college (Hospitality/related field preferred)
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Customer service, reservations, or call center experience is not required but is an advantage
