Customer Service Planner Specialist

JOB OBJECTIVES:

Executes the plans as directed by the Customer Service Manager pertaining to customer service level of accounts.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepares CCFOT report by channel in preparation for the weekly cadence report with Logistics & Supply Chain
• Coordinates with 3rd party Logistics provider through the internal Logistics for finished goods delivery from Internal DC
• Supply chain or logistics coordination experience is preferred but not required
• Coordinates with planning for supply for KAG to ensure efficient delivery service to Key Accounts
• Coordinates with KAMs and other partners to address root issues of unserved orders
• Provides proactive communication of issues to KAMs/DBMs that will have an impact on CSL
• Translates and executes deliverables of CSG as stated in the mechanics of Sales Action Brief of CMD
