Customer Service Plus

The Snetor Group, with more than 40 years of experience as a distributor of polymers and chemicals, is present in more than 100 countries and operates with more than 450 employees through 31 subsidiaries worldwide. As part of its continuous expansion, Snetor Mexico is looking for a Customer Service Plus (M/F) to support and structure its growth in Mexico.

The role will be responsible for logistics management and coordination in three main scenarios:

Delivery from warehouse in USA to border:

• Receive and validate purchase orders (quantity, warehouse, position, material, dates).
• Coordinate with carriers the pick-up at the U.S. warehouse, ensuring compliance with defined pick-up dates.
• Schedule appointments with the warehouse for product loading.
